Erreà is pleased to announce that a technical
sponsorship agreement has been reached with the Italian Volleyball
Federation for Sitting Volleyball.
As part of a well-established and historic
collaboration with FIPAV, for which it has been the official technical partner
since 2008, Erreà has added another important agreement and formalizes a
one-year contract, which will see it kit out the Sitting Volleyball Branch, an
official Paralympic sport since 2013 thanks to an agreement with the CIP
(Italian Paralympic Committee).
As the name suggests, Sitting Volleyball is a form of
the sport played from a seated position, and is one of the few parasports where
the athletes do not use technology or special equipment. It is an open
discipline where both disabled and able-bodied athletes can play together,
representing a great example of integration.
Erreà and FIPAV will come together to support an
ambitious project which believes strongly in the social and educational value
of this sport, which was highly successful during the last Paralympics in
London with the participation of over 198 athletes.
On 29 September at 15:30, at the CONI Salone d’Onore, the Erreà -
Sitting Volley - FIPAV agreement will be presented to the press, together
with the sponsorship of the Italian National Men and Women's Sitting
The first important event for the Italian National Men's Team will

Championships 2015, which will take place in Warendorf (Germany)
